Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Mastro, PostePay)
The user who decides to purchase by credit card at the time of payment is directed to the secure server of the "VIRTUAL POS", which offers a page where the merchant's sign, the transaction amount and the identifier are shown of the transaction.
The system then pays for the transaction by sending the request to the authorization systems and obtaining the relative response.
Credit Cards are accepted: Postepay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
The information entered in the order form is encrypted using 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) which prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank.
Nonsolopadel.com reserves the right to request additional information and the faxing of documents proving ownership of the credit card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Nonsolopadel.com reserves the right not to accept the order.
Payments with PayPal
PayPal is an online payment system which provides for the opening of an account with PayPal.
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter your personal e-mail address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one.
After registering, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance by Nonsolopadel.com, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
At no time during the purchase procedure is it able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted.
No computer archive contains or keeps such data. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Bank Transfer
By choosing the Bank Transfer payment method, the customer can make the payment through his bank, the coordinates will be specified both at the conclusion of the order and indicated below.

In case of payment by advance bank transfer or by other accepted payment methods, what is ordered by the customer is kept busy for 7 days. If the customer does not send a copy of the bank transfer within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment in installments Alma
You can pay for your purchases in 2, 3 or 4 interest-free installments using Alma.
With a simple interface and few fields to fill out, you will be able to complete your purchases in seconds.
The payment process with Alma is simple:
– during payment, choose Alma as the payment method;
– select the payment option in 2, 3 or 4 installments;
– enter your bank details as you would for a traditional payment, and your order will be validated immediately.
You will receive an email containing the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each deadline.

Cash on delivery means payment only and exclusively in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
Cash on delivery provides for a surcharge on the total purchase price of €8.00.
Cash on delivery is only available for amounts up to €999,00.
